What To Expect

​Groups, sometimes called Focus Groups or Accountability Groups, are fun and engaging online communities hosted within a Facebook Group. Your FREE account gets you access to great resources for Nutrition Tools, Nutrition Tips, Recipes, Eating Healthy Videos and more. We will be referring to some of this content and I wouldn’t want you to miss anything.
 

These groups bring our Success Coaches/Partners and YOU together to support and encourage each other to reach your health and fitness goals through daily check-ins, posts, and progress tracking. By connecting to your Success Coach/Partner and other group participants, you have a built-in support squad to help keep you on track and celebrate your successes along the way.
