Do you feel like your overall health, nutrition or diet needs a fresh start? That's why we're bringing you the "The Right Choice - 5 Day Focus Group"

1. WATER - We are not talking soda here - just good old H2O! Water helps regulate your body temperature, lubricate your joints and muscles, flush waste from your cells, cleanse your internal organs and balance fluids. In short, it's essential for all life. Without it, we'd die. Water is probably the most important element we consume. It makes up about 60 percent of the male body and 50 percent of the female body and is a major component of our organs. Are you getting enough?

2. CLEAN EATING - You may not be sure what Clean Eating really means. With all the fitness and nutrition “buzzwords” flying around out there, it can definitely be confusing. Most people agree that Clean Eating at its most basic definition means eliminating processed foods, additives, preservatives and artificial sugars from their diet. Since 70-80% of your fitness results come from the foods you eat, clean eating is a crucial part of your success!

3. FRUITS AND VEGGIES - Why Are Fruits & Vegetables Important? Along with health benefits, eating fruits and vegetables can make weight management easier, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Most produce is low in calories compared to other foods, so filling up on these foods can aid in weight loss or maintenance. Fruits and vegetables also contain a variety of nutrients including vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

4. GIVE ME A MINUTE - If you can find Waldo you can find time for these mini fitness tips!  When you have a never-ending to-do list, it can seem impossible to fit working out into your schedule. Variety is the spice of life and fitness. A lifetime of health and fitness is achievable if you look for ways to change up your routine. Doing the same thing over and over again is the quickest way to get bored and/or hit a plateau. Lets get creative and think outside the box.

5. SIZE DOES MATTER - Everyone is always wanting more for their money. I don't blame you. But if your trying to watch what you eat be careful of what you get at your favorite restaurant because that "healthy" option may be making weight loss a little more difficult. 

However, losing weight doesn’t need to be difficult. In fact, it can be easy if you do it right - exercise regularly and eat a moderate diet filled with healthy, delicious foods. Follow these two practices and the pounds can melt away. The trick is figuring out what those healthy foods are and how much to eat. Let's talk Portion Control!

The Right Choice 5 Day Focus Group is only available to Current or New Bodi Customers assigned to Success Coach - Mark Sauvageau or one of our Team Universe Success Coach's.  For NEW customers, once we receive your Registration details you will be asked to set up a FREE Bodi Membership with Mark Sauvageau as your assigned Success Coach to qualify for the focus group. After submitting your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address to register for The Right Choice 5 Day Focus Group, watch your Inbox for an email titled "You're invited to join our 5 Day Focus Group!" Click the link to set up your Free account and follow the steps to get signed up. Then follow the link to our Facebook Group and request access. It's that simple!
